Really great experience with Buggy Pitstop team. They did a phenomenal deep clean and service to our buggy. The buggy was quite dirty and came back looking brand new. Would highly recommend. Definitely worth the cost to get it cleaned and serviced.

We've been having trouble with the back wheel of our yoyo and when we were put in touch with Buggy Pitstop, James was so helpful and gave us the option of sending us all the replacement parts we needed within 24hours (which was very helpful as we live a bit away)! They're ridiculously quick, very friendly and really saved us time and helped us keep using our yoyo. Thank you Buggy Pitstop! Would definitely recommend their services

Amazing experience with Buggy Pitstop LTD! Even though they didn't have the wheel I needed for my pram, their friendly staff (James) went out of their way to point me in the right direction and sent me the link to purchase it. Incredibly helpful, understanding, communicative, and knowledgable. Far more than BabyZen's official support channels. They arranged a call-out to collect our buggy for repair, and ended up identifying and fixing the issue on our doorstep with no need to take it away!

I was told about Buggy Pitstop by a friend and when we found out we were expecting decided to get our six year old buggy and car seat cleaned. I was skeptical initially with goes good a job they could. But I have been very surprised with the whole process and the condition of the product once received. From the online experience, you three constant communications through out. I used they pick up serviced which is great as they give you a time slot. Once they have your car seat or buggy they take s few days to clean it properly, bit as my wife says they bring it back like new. There customer service by the team was really good and I have not experienced such great customer service from many companies. Well done buggy pitstop keep up the great work

Above and beyond service. James at Buggy Pitstop saved the day for us when we realised we had lost a vital part of our buggy the night before we were leaving for holiday very early the next morning. I emailed him and he incredibly kindly opened the shop out of hours for us to buy the part. I can't thank him enough, and will be using Buggy Pitstop in future. Pleased to have discovered this lovely shop.

I used their service a while ago, when I lost one of the wheels of the pram. They managed to identify it by some pictures I sent and send the right one. Could not find them anywhere else, we would have had to buy a new pram. Such useful service, highly recommend

Wow! My buggy is like new! We took it in after being in storage for about 5 years and it was very well used over two children before that. Buggy pitstop cleaned it and changed the wheels and did an amazing job! Thank you!
